This page explains what happens to the information you send through the booking form on galluzzivisuals.com.

Who is responsible

Galluzzi Visuals, a sole trader based in Sweden. Contact: info@galluzzivisuals.com.

What is collected

Only what you type into the booking form: your name, email, website or Instagram, the project description, deadline, budget, video length, number of videos, preferred contact method and, if you give one, your handle or number.

Why

To reply to your request and, if we work together, to plan and deliver the project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

Who handles it

• Formspree delivers the form to my inbox. Formspree is based in the USA and processes the data under its data processing terms.
• Zoho Mail stores the email in its EU data center.
• Cloudflare hosts the website and may briefly process technical data such as IP addresses to keep the site secure.

Your details are never sold or shared for marketing.

How long it is kept

Requests that don't turn into a project are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, invoices and related records are kept for 7 years, as Swedish bookkeeping law requires.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Fonts and videos are served from the site itself.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is used, by emailing info@galluzzivisuals.com. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
